Garda Telecommunications technician - info?

Posts are being advertised in this area. Does anyone know if there are sections outside of Dublin or is this all based in Dublin? Is this shift work or regular hours? Any info at all would be appreciated.

This is a guess but I think most Divisions have at least one Telecoms Techie.
