Garage/porch etc...

Hey all, just wondering about costs involved in buildling a garage, porch etc...sadly this won't be a DIY job (i know my limits!!)....

Garage is 20ftx25ft, cavity block built, roller door, two windows (supplied) & one single side door. Not looking for an A frame roof, just one that slants off to one side.

Porch approx 6ftx9ft, again cavity block built, no door & one window (supplied)

Also, does anyone know how much it is to get a roof re-tiled. We have old slates on the roof & they look awful, thinking of going for standard roof tiles
