Garage Doors recommendations/advice

What is the best type of door to fit to a garage, that's to be used as a workshop ? roller / sectional / solid , insulated or not & automated or not. Also any supplier info would be appreciated ............

Also have automatic coated roller door and never causes a problem. Just under €1000 supplied and fitted but our builder had to do some preparatory work first. He had been sent a specification some time before. The door firm was from up Clonsilla way. I'll post their details if I find them.
