Planning on converting my garage.which envolves extending the front elevation out to meet the porch(about 3 metres).Also , i want to put a hipped roof( with 2 x velux windows) on both the garage and porch. other requirements are;
1. raise floor ( currently concrete)
2. re-wire electrics
3. insulate walls
4. install new double glazed window to front c/w door to front garden.
5.build partition for utility room
6.install downstairs bathroom ( already one existing, need to upgrade)
7.front garden to be dug out and tarmaced.
I recently rebuilt my rear extension myself to great success, but havent got the time to take this project on. i would appreciate any advise on planning permission and any costs.
