Galaxy G7000s - Electric Shower

Hi all

First of all has anyone ever heard of a galaxy shower? I certainly hadn't until we moved into our house.

The problem is that when you are having a shower the temperature changes rapidly from boiling to freezing! This without actually changing the temperature button! Does anyone know anything about these showers a\nd whether this is a common problem or have any ideas about what I should do? I have cleaned the shower head out in case there was a build up of anything in it.

Any help appreciated.
