My brother told me yesterday that he was having some difficulties getting his order from this company. Looks like they are having financial difficulties according to this,

Maybe this is an old story and I am just clueless, but advice on same would be appreciated plus any actions that he can take at this stage to try recoup his loss......paid with laser not a CC unfortunately.

Not good by the looks of it. Try getting the bank to reverse the transaction, but I wouldn't be hopeful.

I placed an order with them over 3 weeks ago and have yet to receive anything. The item was shown to be in stock at the time but they emailed me stating that it wasn't and was due soon.

I've tried to contact them again last week and nothing.

I'm cancelling the transaction with VISA.
