Gaa jersey 2 in 1

Hi, were trying to find somewhere that'll do a GAA jersey for our baby, the thing is we want one that has both our Counties on it, so a jersey split down the middle with one county on the left and the other on the right. Tried the net but no joy, so all help greatly appreciated. Thanks
 
Contacted O'neills and they do the such, so i'm gonna have to keep looking
 
Thanks for that Firehead, contacted them and they won't do it for me. Aw wel, looks like i'm gonna have to take out the needle and thread
