Guys needs you help on this. Family member selling there mobile and site included in sea side resort up the country. We are seriously considering this however we have 80% of funds.However as times are trying we are not sure how to go about this with the bank or our emergency funds. We have low mortgage however not an option to use as collateral. What are our options and what type of mortgage do we go for since its not brinks and mortar. To be honest I know we probably have to go pay for the mobile home and part fund the site before. Has anyone gone through this experience etc.
