Hi all,
Would you please mind providing advice on the best way to fund an overseas property without a primary property in Ireland? Do you know of any overseas property companies that could help?
Thanks

Very Nice. Not Provence by any chance is it? I was looking at Provence and Toulouse lately.

A good forum for the buying process is
http://www.completefrance.com/cs/forums/ and also

http://www.mortgagefrance.com/homeloans.asp

Also PM Riviera.

He works in Real Estate in South France. He should be more than willing to offer any tips.

The french banks don't tend to give approval in Principle without specific property details however, if you get mortgage advice from an overseas mortgage broker, you should be able to get a good indication of how much you could borrow, how much it will cost etc.

I would suggest if you have good income and the required deposit you can get a mortgage, if mortgages are available in the country you are looking to buy that is.
