Hi;
Anyone got a recommendation for Fuertaventura.?

This would be a for a 'do nothing holiday', and be for self catering apts etc

What would the weather be like for then>?
Cheers

Weather is slightly unreliable in Jan/Feb but you should still get early 20s no problem. Maybe a bit cloudy.

Have you been before? Caleta de Fuste is fairly laid back, clean and modern with good selection of restaurants etc. Corralejo is a lot livelier but still with a bit of a laid back vibe too. The surfers probably help.

What are you looking for - e.g. clean, small and basic (and cheap) or larger, well equipped, modern (and more expensive) etc?

Kids?

sorry
Quiet holiday, clean nice (not basic but not 5 star

In Corralejo, Las Marismas is a large, modern quiet complex with nice grounds and pool. It's German run and a bit 'hospital like' with polite if slightly 'stepford wives' service. Having said that, we liked it. Quite large, above average (in terms of comfort) apartments that they may be having trouble filling these days - probably a bit expensive otherwise. 10 minute walk to centre.

In Caleta, Broncemar beach is a perfectly adequate well equipped complex - no frills but not 'basic 'either. 5 minute walk to centre.
