Fuel Cards - Single Company Vehicle

Any ideas of what my options are?
So far I have seen DCI card, and Statoil but they require 3+ vehicles.

Just spoke to statoil and 1 or 2 cars/vans isn't a problem at all

Is BIK payable on fuel purchased with a company fuelcard? (Apologies if this is a hijack)

I hope not! Bad enough your paying BIK on the car/van itself. Surely it is only a business expense, as the card only used to buy diesel for work vehicle?

I want one so that I can avail of the monthly invoicing for fuel that will give me a revenue-sanctioned VAT breakdown for reclaim on business diesel, while also claiming VAT back for the car/van lease payment each month.
