Single First Time Buyer looking to borrow approx 160k and can top that up with 30-40k in cash if needed for the right place,

I have a KBC Current Account so their 0.2% discount is immediately appealing. Should I consider other Banks to get cashback or the AIB Green Mortgage providing the house qualifies? Also there is the Rebuilding Ireland Scheme which I think I qualify for.
