Am looking to buy investment property with parents. Basically looking to see what kind of loan i would expect to get?
The figures:
I have salary of 32k and savings of 15k from SSIA.
Parents earning 110k between them, both aged 55 and have property worth 600k with loan mortgage outstanding of approx 100,000.
also in this case can i buy the property with just my name on the title deeds??
