Front Fog Lights

Hi everybody,

One of my front fog lights is smashed and I have my NCT later this month, can anyone suggest anywhere to get a new set fitted? Its a 98 Mazda and they're not original,hence the getting a new set fitted... In the Dublin area.

I'm not sure that it's necessary for the NCT if that's your main concern - after all, many cars don't even have front fog lights.

They are not necessary for the NCT but if your car is fitting with them they must work.

I had a read thru the NCT manual and from what I gather they dont actually check them, my main concern is that they'll fail as the lense is smashed..plus I'd like to get it fixed anyway.. Any suggestions would be appreciated

If they are there they will check them - if they are smashed then chances are that you will fail.
Maybe just pull the two of them out for the NCT
Or a cheap replacement set prob can be sourced from a local motor factors/Halfords
 
i had a primera that passed with front fogs that didnt work -that said the lenses wern't broken.

but broken glass anywhere on the car will fail. just take them both off !!!!
