From Part Time to Full Time for 3 months

Hi
I am currently working 21 hrs a weekon a contract basis until 31 December 2010 and have been offered a full working week until Xmas. How will this affect my current JSB. I will sign off, but what happens to the remaining days?

And if I dont get further work in JAn 2011 - can I reapply for JSB?

If you work more than 3 days a week you won't get JSB for those weeks.

If you work as above from now until Christmas you wont get JSB but your claim will remain *active*

If you are unemployed for a second time within 26 weeks your application for Jobseeker's Benefit is not treated as a new claim.
