Not many front-office jobs in Dublin though, London may be your best bet. I hope to go there once I get two years experience in my current job.
Here's a extremly useful website

Im not too sure about Fund Management companies though, but i would presume that stock trading experience would be an favourable attribute.
Yes, I'm a junior trader. Progression to senior trader takes to 2-3 years. You could say I'm entry-level but then I was only a junior fund administrator for AIBBNY because I was only there one year. Also, got a hefty fairly wage rise when I started as a trader. I'm not long out of college and wouldn't have the experience or salary that you have.River said:Hi micmclo,
When u moved to front office, where you startin off at scratch again (entry level)?
Also, do u know of any websites that show Fund managers in Ireland? I've had a look around on a few different sites and found this page

Im not sure if this covers them all but thought its at least a start.
As mentioned above, moving to London isnt really an option for me (at the moment), but id love to get into a position now as if i leave it another couple of years, i imagine the drop in salary will make it a less likely career move.
