Can you please give us some advice .We bought a french lease back in Val D'europe beside disneyland Paris.The complex has been open for a year now and we have still not received a single cent in rent.We have written numerous letters to the managment company and have received one letter sent to all investors asking us for our patience that they were lookig for a major investor and our rent would be paid soon. Out of frustraton I managed to speak to a member of the management team on friday and he told me to wait a further week as another letter was on its way.I asked him are we in trouble as we are paying a sizeable mortage on this property and his advice was for us to contact the seller of the apartments.
