Freelance Polish Mortgages

Hi there,

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to get a freelance or self cert mortgage in Poland with less than 12months accounts?

I have been offered a good salary of £350/day and want to take it and set up as a Ltd company by jacking from my current employee role. My only problem is that I have a unit in Warsaw completing in Jan 2008 and am worried about losing it through not being able to gain a mortgage.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd advise getting onto the banks if yo have not done so already.

They are well accustomed to daily rate contracting.

If you have a copy of you contract then give it to them.

In fact - I would reconmmend editing your contract to show it is for 12 months or more - also get your accountant to write up a letter stating as such with your expected annual earnings for the year ahead.(Also tell your accountant it's for 12 months)

That's what I did anyway and it worked.
It's illegal but so what.
