Free Yahoo with Outlook 2007

Hi there

Does anyone know if & how it's possible to use yahoo mail (free version) with outlook 2003?

Or alternatively a good tool for stopping spam on top of what yahoo already provides by default?

Reason for question - getting a mountain of hideous spam in yahoo.

It's normally not a problem. ie just delete spam folder on login

This is for an elderly lady. and i'd just like to avoid her seeing the sulubrious range of ads for sex toys and the like.

I Googled "Outlook 2003 yahoo email" and got a load of hits that purport to explain how to do this. Have you tried any of them?
