Am in the process of buying a second-hand car and wonder if it is possible to get a free vehicle check?Have googled and found a few options for around €30 - are there cheaper options available?Also, has anyone used these checks and are they worth the money?
 
You may get some general advice from previous posts.

Don't think you will get anything like this for free but previous threads discuss different car checks.

would you give up 2 hours of your time for free?
then if something goes wrong, be badgered with calls about it?

i dont think your gona beat 30e for a full vehicle check before you buy tbh. its a ver exhaustive list to be checked out by a suitable person including bodywork, engine, electronics, and the mechanical running of the car.
