I've been wanting a range cooker for years and have been pleased to watch them become considerably cheaper. Power City do a Hotpoint 90cm dual fuel 5 burner / single oven for about €800, an Indesit one for €700.
DID do the Classic Rangemaster 110cm with 5 gas burners, warming zone, 2 electric ovens, grill etc for €2500.
If you want to go the Aga route you can pay the guts of €10,000 (and more if you wish), call into Fired Earth in Dun Laoghaire and they will happily sell you what you are looking for!
Personally, I've fallen in love with the Rangemaster Kitchener 110 and hope to be installing one later this year. - the best price I've got so far is DID in Bray, but will keep shopping around.
