Free Permanent TSB - The Charge?

It says PTSB charge 0.50 EUR for Credit transfers, is this for transfers like paying money into a 3rd party a/c or for eg. a Northern rock a/c?

AIB and BOI have a zero charge for this transaction, perhaps this is how PTSB balance the books on this 'free' banking.

I think the credit transfer is when you use a bank giro to make a transfer.

AIB and BoI both have charges for direct debit, standing order, cheque, internet and phone transactions etc.
