C car Registered User Messages 1,397 8 May 2006 #2 Its as low as 1 euro on which I suppose is as close to free as your gonna get. You'll get a lot more exposure there too. Other then that, stick ads in the local supermarket boards. The herald do a free ads thing as well (I think).
