I read about this in the sunday times and it sounds excellent.For someone who doesn't want the hassle of maintaining a property you can get use of a property for a few weeks a year while at the same time actually owning some bricks and mortar.On the other hand the old cliche about being too good to be true springs to mind.Does this represent good value or is it just a glorified version of timeshare?
that stepping stones (1/4 ownership) in Luz in the algarve is definitely a con of some sort. maybe con is too strong but after three years the maintainance fees are around €3,000 pa ( x4 = €12,000 per annum per apartment. nice work if you can get it.
