Has anyone heard anything about this development in Portlaoise?
 
Yes, I`m considering buying in there myself. Its very expensive but the standards are second to none.

Have you visited the show houses?
 
its beside the train line so noise from that will obviously be an issue - its approach roads are quite small and used as a relief road out to the mountmellick road and this can be a problem in winter.

I dont know much about the houses but my advice would be to look at some of the newer estates on the Dublin side of Portlaoise
 
Its not beside a train line, the train runs the other side of town. Also due to the quantity of development the block road is due a new surface.

Ive bought.. I have reseached this very well and am happy that Foxburrow is a lifestyle and long term investment not a get rich quick scheme.
