Foundation for Shed.

Hi there, looking for some help with laying a foundation for a shed (10' * 8'). I have been doing some research and I realize I have 2 options, a strip foundation or a raft foundation.
I can see that a raft foundation is a concrete slab with 2 feet (for want of a better description) which also serves as the floor of the shed. And from what I can see a strip foundation is the standard trench type which is filled with concrete under below each wall.
I am just wondering if anybody has any opinions on the pro's and cons of each type of foundation. Also I am wondering how deep each needs to be and if there is any additional preparation to the ground other than digging it out prior to putting in concrete.

Presume it is a timber shed? A few concrete blocks should do the trick...

OK, a raft would probably be your best bet - simpler than a strip. 200mm thick, with A193 mesh. Don't forget a DPM as well.
