have not bought there, but live nearby, they are very expensive, but suppose paying for location. There were a few 4 beds 3 story houses for sale a month or so ago - 1.5m, and these were terrace. apartments were also expensive with 2 beds for circ 600k.
Would be interested to see what purchasers think of the prices, but would think they would have increased since being sold off plans, but don't think anyone has moved into them yet.
