Fortfield Square, D6W

Just wondering whether anyone has heard anything (good/bad) about the new development Fortfield Square, D6W that is being launched? It seems pricey enough with 2 Bed Duplex going for €540,000.

Great spot but what is the story with the price, at the moment there is value to be had in the second hand market and id be sure ud pic something nicer , bigger in terenure for less than that and just pay the stamp as the builders have just added it in anyway if u are a ffirst time buyer.it . check out busy park house and take away about 20 - 30,000 grand off the asking.

sorta take the above coment back, had a look at the 2 beds yesterday and was v impressed, i actually think for the location and finish they are grand value for money at 540,000 compered to some other new developements. the is a good feeling of space in the duplex, dont know if u noticed the ceilings seem to be much higher than normal, the terrace is not over looked at all and is a great size, the stair way up from out side being internal makes the place seem much bigger tho afraid to say the last 2 bed was sold yesterday. really couldnt get a better spot down the side of terenure college
