Former HSE nurse- benefit statement

I resigned from my HSE job in 2016. I will not be returning to the HSE. I have sought my benefit statement with my total service ( had 12 months post qualification staff nurse in HSE West in 2001).They have had my details for 18 months and still no sign of my statement. HSE west causing the delay in adding that service.
What can I do? Should I report them to the pensions authority?

Just got my preserved benefit statement- over 2 years from the first request. I needed help from the Pension Authorities. Very disappointed overall with their attitude. Glad to be out with my 10.6 years service.

One query I was post 2004 superann. On the statement it has my final salary and grade. Is the calculation done on the grade and salary of my retirement date circa 2040? They calculated the figures on my grade and salary now.
