I have been a sole trader for three years. I have always submitted my form 11 and vat returns in time. However, I recently learned about the form G46. I believe I should have filled it (even though I have not paid anyone, so they would be empty returns).
I just feel very stupid as I thought I had everything well tied since my accounts are extremely simple, and now I see something that I have not been doing. I cannot believe I missed this form. My question is, for those around, are sole traders required to file this return? I understand I can file it late through ROS and it might be okayish...
