There is a guide to completion of the Form 11 here www.revenue.ie/en/tax/it/leaflets/form11-notes.pdf . If in any doubt, seek appropriate professional advice. Slip ups on Form 11 can prove costly.

S Simon Guest 29 Sep 2009 #3 I agree with tomed completing it using ROS is much more user friendly. You can complete it using an offline ROS form which can then be uploaded when finished http://www.ros.ie/PublisherServlet/info/install
