Form 11 - Management fees

Hi All

First time filing a Form 11 for a rental property and ive a couple of questions

1) Where can i put property management fees in as a deductable?

2) Allowable interest - is that just the mortgage interest i paid for the year, i purchased the property in 2013 if thats relevant

I think it's Other

2 correct mortgage interest paid for the year 2022, presumably
You should have got a statement from the bank earlier this year
 
Is this (admittedly 10 year old) thread of any use?

That's my issue - I only have Repairs and Allowable Interest as options, I am missing Other. I wonder should I take the management fee off the gross receivable?

Hell no, don't do that whatever you do. They're far more likely to challenge your return if they think you've hidden some of the rent receipts.

Although it's a bit late in the season for this to be an option this year, professional assistance is recommended if you're unsure on what to do.
