Foreign sourced income - non-domiciled Ireland

Dear All,
Contemplating moving to Ireland under non-domiciled construct. Work as self-employed freelance teleradiologist for a UK based company (Dutch citizen living in Germany currently). Am not officially employed by this company. When considering moving to Ireland and becoming a tax resident, my specific question is:

1. When I perform this self-employed teleradiological service to the UK from within Ireland and do NOT remit the income to Ireland, is this tax-free or will it be regarded as tax-liable as the work was performed while living in Ireland?

My guess (and it’s only a guess) is that the non-dom regime in Ireland will get tighter given the recent changes to the rules in the UK.

It’s a nice-to-have if it fits your circumstances but I wouldn’t plan my life around the rules remaining the same forever.

My personal opinion is that nothing will change in Ireland in relation to the non-dom rules. In the UK the rules have been way way less beneficial than in Ireland for a long time. They indeed worsened again recently, but Ireland never followed the UK in the last few decades or so. Will they change them now ? It may possibly change if we get a SF govt. I have read some articles over the last few months highlighting how advantageous are the non-dom rules in Ireland compared to the UK rules, one of the benefits to attracting foreign companies and their echelons to Ireland. The Irish tax system is very good towards people with very low income, large corporations , non-dom residents and very high earners, less good to the vast majority of the remaining population, which are middle class Irish domiciled citizens
