Is there a table showing the various limits for each of the different Government bank Guarantee Schemes?
eg
UK FInancial Services Compensation Scheme
Dutch Deposit Guarantee Scheme
etc
 
I know that the UK grarantee limit is £50k. I could be wrong, but I think that the EU said all depostis would be guaranteed for 100k, does anyone know angthing about this.....
 
UK regulated banks are 50,000 GBP until December 31st 2010 and 100,000 EUR from January 1st 2011.
 
Belgium €100k per person per institution for deposits and €20k for equities.
 
is your cash safe in the likes of Rabo Ireland etc if this country went bust as opposed to BoI or AIB
