Foreign mortgages - Interest Only

Hi all,

In which European countries is it possible to get an interest-only mortgage for investment purposes.

I believe Germany is one but does anyone know of others and/or is there a reliable one-stop-shop broker here or abroad.

The first approach could be to seek equity release on property in Ireland which is generally straight forward.
Matters vary from country to country but Spain and Germany would be most likely. Eastern and central Europe would have much higher rates. Also some of the conditions are different.
 
Visit [broken link removed] They do overseas mortgages, not sure if they do Germany but its no harm in asking.
 
French banks do also but they appear to be more endowment mortgages rather than pure interest only.
