Foreign Exchange

Not quite sure where to post this, search didn't really show up this question

I have some foreign currency left over from some recent travel:

Colones(Costa Rica)
RMB(China)

I've tried changing in my local banks but they dont accept these currencies. They said to try the central bank but based on their website they advise they do not do FX with joe public.

Where would I go to convert this to Euro in Dublin?

@Purple, I surely will. I was pointed to First Exchange on Westmoreland St so will go in tomorrow and give it a go.
