My friend is getting divorced in another EU country (forum shopping) by her husband.
What is the procedure for applying for ancillary relief in this country, to resolve the family home in Ireland, etc? Does the claim have to be started before the foreign divorce is granted? I had a look around and can't find any particular information on the procedures.
