Foreign Assignment. Stamp duty clawback

All,

I am currently working out of the country on a 2 year assignemt with my employer.

If I rent my house out for the 2 years when i am gone will i be subject to stamp duty clawback - are there any concessions available as i have been sent out of country by my employer?
