ford escort van vs ford courier

Are the ford escort van and the ford courier van very similiar?
Which is better?
Also ,what about the ford fiesta car van ...i heard you don`t need to nct this vehicle.
I am considering buying a van of these types,about 6 years old for light work.
Also looking at seat inca and vw caddy.

Not sure about size but I think NCT isn't needed on any car derived van. It's madness tbh.
 
but all small car vans now have be be doe,d so you have to pay either way no easy way out
 
The DOE on vans, including this type of van, only lasts for 12 months. However that 12 months starts from the date tested, unlike the NCT which is based on the first reg of the vehicle.
 
if i was you id buy a vw caddy tdi if your budget will stretch to it, great van. ive also had a seat inca not a bad van for the price you pay, grand for lugging a bit of gear about. personally i would avoid the fords but thats only my opinion
