I'm sure this must have been answered before but I cannot find specific thread.
Quick one. Four siblings jointly own a house, house was left to them in will and then put in equally to four names. Three of the four siblings want to sell the house and split equally the funds. The remaining sibling (only sibling who lives there) won't sell the house and won't pay rent etc - has taken to changing locks etc on door. The three siblings have a buyer ready to go on the house.
What is the next step for the other three siblings? do they have any rights/powers here to sell this house while sibling is living there?
