Focus interior trim

Hi, Would anyone know if it is possible to change the metallic looking trim around the radio to trim that would blend in with the main dashboard on the Ford Focus. I know it supposed to be modern but I liked the layout of my 03 ghia where the radio blended in and did not stand out like a sore thumb

Is it the new model focus?
