Hi,
I plan on insulating the roof of my attic - the slope of the attic. I cannot insulate the floor as most of it is floored so I have only one layer of insulation between the rafters.
I have two questions...
1) Is the foam insulation for the roof of an attic now certified for use in Ireland ? I know there is a requirement to have 50mm gap for air flow but I understand some of the foam insulation is >90% breathable.
2) Anyone know a good installer of such a product ? I am based in East Galway. Did contact one group (not sure if I can name them) twice and he promised to call but still waiting !! Even if he turns up now I won't be using him.
Any advice or comments on this insulation would be appreciated.
