Can anybody let me know how many weeks per year you can expect to rent your property if you give to a local letting company in orlando. How much you should expect per week, any advice from people that may help.

Any comments appreciated from people who have invested in Orlando
 
Likewise, I bought off plans earlier this year and I would like the name of a good rental agency

What part of Florida did you buy? Have a look at Housepricecrash.co.uk Forum and the reviews on Orlando property are scarey. My property is due to be completed March 2007. If you have any advice please let me know
