Flatpack house build - Cost of the following items

Hi

Im thinking about buying land & building a 150sqm 1 story house.

I have a few questions that if anyone could help with Id be very appreciative.

Has anyone bought a flat pack house from abroad?

if a 2 story house was 100sqm, does that mean each floor is 50sqm or each floor is 100sqm.

on average,how much would the following be:
