Flat Rate & Serivce Charge Credits

I applied for €210 flate rate expsense and €350 service charges ... my on line tax credits state that I get €42 flat rate credit and €72 for service credit ... does anyone know how they came up with these figures?

Am I not entitled as an engineer to receive the full €210 flat rate expsense?

The €210 expenses translates to €42 credit ( 210 x 20% )
The €350 service charges would be €70 credit, you got €72 so they allowed you on €360 x 20%.
Your allowance is therefore basically correct.
