flash swf to avi!

not sure if people here play with swf animations.I would like to have a video converter to convert my flash files to avi video. Which is the best converter available? I mean the quality of the out put file should be very high.. Can u pls suggest one ..? Thanks

Here's the one I use - it's free and I have no problems with it (it works for all flash and not just .flv). Brilliant for converting youtube clips to .avi
