Flash Player

Hi all,
having a small problem with IE browser,maybe someone could help me out?
Basically for the last few days whenever i click a site,for example,rte.ie,been getting the message that i need to download the latest version of macromedia flash player.But when i go to download it i'm told that i already have the latest version installed,anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?All help appreciated,thanks.

Download and run the uninstaller and then reinstall and see if that helps.
