Fixing messy garden in new house

Hello,

My builder left my garden is disarray. It was not in the original spec/contract so thats not the problem.

Its just a bunch of earth with some rocks.

Where do I begin? Im not exactly green fingers. I had a shed delivered Tuesday and so far have not even been able to get near it.

Can you say a bit more? What size is the garden? What's your budget for this? To what stage do you want it brought - rocks buried/removed and earth spread or more?
