Fixed term reward account BOI

Quick question - can you remove all funds from one of these without penalty - it's a two year term? The one I have has up to 50% without affecting the interest payment, just wondering about taking the lot out (I wouldn't care about the interest in this case).

You can withdraw your money but you will be subject a "default rate" of 0.99%.
