hi folks.
i am thinking of fixing my mortgage.it currently stands at 140k but i will increase it to 300k to fund a house extension and possibly an investment property in poland.anyone any advice on where the cheapest 2/3yr fixed rate may be and is there any bargaining to be done with the banks on fixed rates.also anybody got any advice on property in poland,particularly kracow,thanks all.
